We collect the information needed to respond to transportation inquiries and limited website analytics that help us evaluate and improve this page.

Information you provide

If you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact and trip details you enter so we can respond and arrange the requested service. Those form values are not sent to Google Analytics.

Website analytics

When the private-driver page loads, Google Analytics may receive page and device information, approximate geography, referral source, active time, scroll milestones, sections and price cards viewed, gallery use, booking-form progression, validation field names, button interactions, and technical page-performance measurements. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, pickup locations, destinations, or other form values to analytics.

Analytics is configured without Google signals or ad-personalization signals. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and network protections may prevent measurement.

Advertising measurement

The site uses Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement led to a contact request. Analytics and advertising storage are enabled for measurement; ad-user data and ad personalization remain disabled.

Service providers and retention

We use Netlify to host the site and receive inquiry submissions, and Google for advertising and analytics measurement. These providers may process technical data under their own terms. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is kept at the property’s privacy-minimized setting.
