A romantic Costa Rica getaway, at your pace
Costa Rica is one of the best destinations in the world for couples who want a trip that feels romantic, adventurous, luxurious, and deeply connected to nature.
This is a country where you can watch the sunset from a quiet Pacific beach, relax in natural hot springs with views of Arenal Volcano, stay in a private rainforest villa, enjoy a private chef dinner, sail along the coast, explore waterfalls, and wake up surrounded by jungle sounds.
For couples, Costa Rica offers something rare: wild landscapes alongside private accommodation and carefully coordinated travel.
A honeymoon here can be as intimate as breakfast on your terrace, an afternoon in warm spring water and dinner with no plans afterward. The romance comes from the setting and the time you give each other. We build the journey around what you love doing together, whether that is exploring the forest, sailing the coast or enjoying a beautiful room without rushing out of it.

Whether you are planning a honeymoon, anniversary, proposal, romantic getaway, or a luxury vacation without kids, Costa Rica gives you the perfect mix of beauty, adventure, privacy, and comfort.
Costa Rica is ideal for couples because it combines romance, nature, and adventure in a way that feels effortless.
You can spend the morning hiking through the rainforest, the afternoon relaxing in a hot spring, and the evening enjoying a candlelit dinner with volcano or ocean views.
The country also has a strong luxury travel offering. Couples can stay at world class resorts, private villas, boutique adult only hotels, beachfront retreats, and rainforest lodges designed for privacy and relaxation.
For couples who want more than a standard beach vacation, Costa Rica gives you real experiences. Wildlife, waterfalls, volcanoes, sailing, wellness, surf towns, private dinners, and secluded beaches can all be part of the same trip.
For a first honeymoon or anniversary trip, a particularly rewarding combination is three nights around Arenal followed by four or five on the northern Pacific coast. You get a real change of landscape without spending every other day repacking.
The decisions that make the difference are specific: an adults-only hotel or a family-welcoming resort, a warm mineral pool or a sun-warmed beach pool, a terrace facing the sunset or one screened by forest, and a beach you can reach easily rather than only admire from above.
Best places in Costa Rica for couples
The best places in Costa Rica for couples depend on the style of trip you want. Some couples want luxury resorts and calm beaches. Others want hot springs and rainforest. Others want surf, wellness, food, and a more bohemian beach atmosphere.
For a week, two complementary bases usually give a romantic Costa Rica itinerary more time for both exploration and rest. A single well-chosen destination also works for a shorter escape.
Peninsula Papagayo
Peninsula Papagayo is one of the best places in Costa Rica for couples who want luxury, comfort, calm beaches, beautiful resorts, and high end service.
This area is ideal for couples who want an easy, polished, romantic beach stay. The beaches are beautiful, the water is often calmer than in many other Pacific destinations, and the sunsets can be spectacular.

Papagayo is also one of the strongest luxury resort areas in Costa Rica, with properties such as Four Seasons, Andaz, Nekajui, and nearby Waldorf Astoria Punta Cacique.
This is a great choice for couples who want beach days, spa treatments, sunset drinks, private boat charters, fine dining, and a relaxed luxury environment.
Papagayo suits a beach finish after Arenal because you can depart through Liberia Airport rather than return across the country to San José. Sheltered bays create a different holiday from the exposed surf beaches of Santa Teresa and Nosara. Conditions still change with wind and tide; a quiet-looking bay is not a promise of safe swimming every day.
Resorts spread across wooded slopes, so room location matters. Ask how you reach breakfast, the beach and dinner, especially if steps or repeated buggy rides would interrupt your day. Our Papagayo guide explores the peninsula in more detail.
La Fortuna and Arenal
La Fortuna is one of the most romantic destinations in Costa Rica because of Arenal Volcano, natural hot springs, lush rainforest, waterfalls, and dramatic mountain views.
This is the place for couples who want nature, relaxation, and adventure together.

You can spend the day hiking through jungle trails, crossing hanging bridges, visiting La Fortuna Waterfall, zip lining, or taking a wildlife tour. At night, you can relax in thermal hot springs surrounded by tropical gardens and volcano views.
La Fortuna is especially strong for honeymooners and couples who want the trip to feel magical, intimate, and connected to nature.
Give Arenal at least three nights if you want one guided forest morning, one waterfall or river outing and afternoons in your own pool. Rainforest weather is not the same as Guanacaste weather: bring a light waterproof layer even during a Pacific dry-season trip. Cloud can hide the volcano, so choose a room you will enjoy without a perfectly clear summit view.
Manuel Antonio
Manuel Antonio is a beautiful choice for couples who want both beach and rainforest in one destination.
The area combines ocean views, jungle covered hills, wildlife, boutique hotels, restaurants, and access to Manuel Antonio National Park.

Couples can see monkeys, sloths, tropical birds, and rainforest scenery without giving up comfort. This makes Manuel Antonio a strong option for couples who want nature, beach, convenience, and good hotel options in one place.
It is also a good choice for couples who want a romantic setting but do not want to feel too remote.
Manuel Antonio can carry a whole shorter trip: nature walks, beach time and dinner need not involve a second domestic destination. Hotels often sit on steep hills above the ocean rather than directly on the sand. Check the beach route, steps and return transport before choosing purely for the view. Schedule the national park around its Tuesday closure and advance ticket system; a private guide does not make the public trails exclusive.
Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is perfect for couples who want a stylish, relaxed, surf town atmosphere.
The area has a unique energy. It combines beach life, surfing, wellness, boutique hotels, international restaurants, sunset culture, and a younger creative crowd.

Santa Teresa is less polished than Papagayo, but that is part of its charm. It is ideal for couples who want something beautiful, relaxed, social, and a little more adventurous.
This is a strong choice for couples who enjoy beach clubs, surf lessons, yoga, sunset dinners, ATV rides, and a more barefoot luxury style.
The reward is open Pacific beach life rather than sheltered-bay swimming. Surf conditions, dust in drier months and muddy access after rain are part of the destination choice. A beachfront address reduces the repeated hill-to-beach journeys that can come with an ocean-view villa. Compare road access with a domestic flight to Cóbano plus the onward transfer before fixing your international flights.
Nosara
Nosara is one of the best places in Costa Rica for couples who care about wellness, yoga, surf, health, and a peaceful beach lifestyle.
It has a strong wellness community, beautiful Pacific coastline, boutique hotels, healthy restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Nosara is not the place for nightlife or big resorts. It is better for couples who want to slow down, reconnect, eat well, move their body, and enjoy the beach in a more intentional way.
For the right couple, Nosara can feel deeply romantic.
Playa Guiones is a surf beach, not a substitute for Papagayo's protected coves. Think about how close you want to be to a particular surf school or yoga studio and whether dinner is within an easy walk. A quiet hillside stay can be lovely, but daily beach and restaurant transfers should be planned rather than assumed.
Romantic resorts: room privacy and age policies
Costa Rica has many excellent hotels and resorts for couples. The best choice depends on whether you want rainforest, beach, wellness, privacy, adventure, or traditional five star luxury.
Nayara Springs
Nayara Springs is one of the best resorts in Costa Rica for couples and honeymooners.
Located in the Arenal area, it is adult only, intimate, luxurious, and surrounded by rainforest. Private villas, plunge pools, hot springs, tropical gardens, and exceptional service make it one of the most romantic hotels in the country.
This is one of the strongest choices for couples who want privacy, nature, and luxury together.
The Springs Villa is the relevant category: a king bed, private garden, dual outdoor rain showers and a plunge pool supplied by mineral hot springs. Nayara Springs welcomes guests aged 18 and over. It is distinct from family-welcoming Nayara Gardens and Nayara Tented Camp; booking the Nayara name alone does not establish an adults-only stay.

Amor Arenal
Amor Arenal is a romantic rainforest lodge near La Fortuna, with private casitas, forest and volcano views, and a rainforest spa. It is adult-friendly with a minimum guest age of 13, rather than strictly adults-only. Bespoke Costa Rica can coordinate your stay and experiences around it.
The Springs Resort and Spa
The Springs Resort and Spa is another excellent Arenal option for couples.
The property has incredible volcano views, hot springs, restaurants, pools, spa services, and adventure activities. It is a good option for couples who want a larger resort with many things to do without leaving the property.
It is especially strong for couples who want hot springs, comfort, and dramatic scenery.
The Springs is family-welcoming, not adults-only. Its shared thermal pools and Club Rio adventure setting make it a different proposition from a secluded Springs Villa at Nayara. It suits couples who want an active resort day; those prioritizing a child-free atmosphere should start elsewhere.
Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas
Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas is one of the most romantic boutique hotels on the Pacific coast.
It offers beautiful ocean views, private plunge pools, and a peaceful adults focused atmosphere. Las Catalinas itself is very picturesque, with walkable streets, scenic views, and access to beautiful beaches.
This is a great choice for couples who want privacy, views, photos, sunsets, and a romantic coastal setting.
The hotel accepts guests aged 16 and over. Its Sunset Villa with Plunge Pool faces west; the standard Villa with Plunge Pool has a different orientation and partial ocean views. That distinction matters more for a sunset anniversary stay than the shared word “villa.” This is a hillside hotel above Playa Danta, not a room opening straight onto the beach.
Makanda by the Sea
Makanda by the Sea in Manuel Antonio is a strong choice for couples who want jungle, ocean views, wildlife, and an upscale boutique environment.

The setting feels tropical and romantic, with the rainforest and beach close together. It is especially good for couples who want a stylish hotel in one of Costa Rica’s most famous nature destinations.
Makanda is adults-only and has both suites and private-pool villas. Do not assume every suite includes a pool just because the hotel photography shows one. Its hillside rainforest setting suits a pool-and-spa afternoon after a guided park visit; consider the descent and return from the beach when comparing it with a beachfront stay.
Hotel Three Sixty
Hotel Three Sixty near Ojochal is an adults only boutique hotel with some of the most impressive jungle and ocean views in Costa Rica.
This is a good option for couples who want privacy, dramatic scenery, and access to the Southern Pacific region. It works especially well for travelers who want something quieter and less obvious than the main resort zones.
The hotel's official policy welcomes guests aged 16 and over. The draw is an elevated Ojochal retreat rather than immediate sand access. Beach excursions require a drive, so reserve time for the property itself instead of filling each day with long outings.
Four Seasons, Andaz, Nekajui, and Waldorf Astoria
For couples who want major luxury names, the Papagayo and Guanacaste area has some of the strongest resort options in the country.
Four Seasons, Andaz, Nekajui, and Waldorf Astoria Punta Cacique offer a more classic luxury resort experience with polished service, beach access, restaurants, pools, spa experiences, and easy access from Liberia Airport.
These properties are especially good for couples who want comfort, service, and a luxury beach environment.
For a concrete beach shortlist, compare Four Seasons with Andaz. The Four Seasons Canopy Plunge Pool Suite (One-Bedroom) provides a private pool on the hillside; forest or bay outlook varies with location and season. At Andaz, the Plunge Pool Suite is a specific category, not a feature of every room. Both welcome families: room privacy is different from an adults-only resort.
Nekajui adds an ocean-facing Papagayo option with Naku Wellness & Spa; Waldorf Astoria Punta Cacique is on a different peninsula by Playa Penca, not inside Peninsula Papagayo. Both also welcome families. Compare their setting and exact room specification rather than treating all four resorts as interchangeable. Bespoke Costa Rica can coordinate luxury accommodation bookings and transfers; the selected category and inclusions are agreed for your dates.
Nayara Tented Camp is another distinct rainforest option for couples comfortable with a family-welcoming property. It is separate from the adults-only Nayara Springs.

Resort or private villa for two?
A resort makes a short romantic stay easier: restaurants, spa bookings, housekeeping and beach or pool service sit within one operation. For two travelers, a one-bedroom villa or private-pool suite can give you seclusion without the logistics of a whole house. Ask which facilities are shared and where your terrace sits, not just whether the room has a honeymoon label.
A private villa changes the rhythm. Breakfast can follow your own schedule, a chef dinner can take place at home, and there is space for a quiet afternoon without passing through a public lobby. The tradeoff is that groceries, chef service, housekeeping hours and local transport must be specified. An ocean view is not the same as walkable beach access.
For an anniversary gathering with friends before or after your time alone, a Tamarindo villa or Papagayo villa can be part of the trip. For a couple on their own, compare the actual occupancy, minimum stay and service plan with a resort villa before reserving a larger house. Browse luxury accommodation options around your preferred destination rather than choosing a property first and forcing the route to fit.
Private experiences worth making time for
Costa Rica is not just a place to sit at a resort. The best romantic trips include private experiences, nature, adventure, and moments that feel personal.
Couples can enjoy sunset sailing, private beach picnics, waterfall hikes, natural hot springs, private chef dinners, rainforest wildlife tours, coffee tastings, spa days, snorkeling, whale watching, ATV rides, zip lining, and helicopter transfers between destinations.

A private sunset cruise is one of the most romantic experiences in Costa Rica. You can sail along the Pacific coast, enjoy drinks, swim, snorkel, and watch the sun set over the ocean.
In La Fortuna, couples can relax in hot springs after a day of hiking, zip lining, or visiting waterfalls. In Manuel Antonio, a private naturalist guide can help you spot sloths, monkeys, tropical birds, and other wildlife. In Guanacaste, a private boat day or beach dinner can make the trip feel extra special.
For couples celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or proposal, Bespoke Costa Rica can arrange flowers, private chefs, romantic dinners, villa decorations, surprise experiences, photographers, yacht charters, and custom events.
In Arenal, pair a morning naturalist walk at Mistico with an unhurried afternoon at the hotel, rather than combining bridges, a waterfall and zip lining in one day. A Peñas Blancas wildlife float offers a gentler river outing than white-water rafting. A private guide gives you your own pace and attention, not an empty forest.
On the northern Pacific, choose the boat format before the boat size. A morning departure leaves more flexibility for swimming and snorkeling; a sunset charter emphasizes the light, drinks and coast. Tell us about motion sensitivity and whether getting into the water is essential. Wind, swell, visibility and the captain's assessment determine the day, not the romantic description.
For dinner at a villa, agree the menu, dietary needs, groceries, service and cleanup with the chef in advance. At a resort, a private-dining setup or couples spa treatment is arranged separately unless it is expressly included. For a proposal, reserve a weather alternative and coordinate the photographer and transfers without putting the surprise in a shared arrival message.
Hot springs and couples massages in La Fortuna
Make the hot springs part of the stay, not another stop to fit between tours. After a morning on the hanging bridges or a forest walk, return for lunch, thermal bathing and a side-by-side massage. A private mineral plunge pool at Nayara Springs and the shared hot-spring grounds of a larger resort offer different kinds of time together. Choose the setting first, then leave an afternoon free to enjoy it.
Bespoke Costa Rica can coordinate couples massages, spa appointments and a romantic dinner afterward, in La Fortuna or at your Papagayo resort. Tell us whether you prefer a spa suite, an open-air setting or an in-villa treatment so we can match the arrangements to your accommodation.

Cacao and wellness rituals for two
At Four Seasons in Papagayo, the Tsuru Ancestral Cacao Ritual combines exfoliation, a cacao-and-banana-leaf wrap, massage and a cacao tasting. It is a distinctive option for a shared wellness day. We can coordinate the spa booking and time around it.
If an Indigenous-led cultural encounter or spiritual ceremony interests you, discuss it with us when planning. We will establish who hosts it, what the practice involves and whether it suits your trip before including it. A resort spa ritual and an Indigenous ceremony are different experiences.
Romantic dinners, cacao and tropical flavours
Let the food become part of the evening: Costa Rican cacao, passion fruit, pineapple, fresh seafood and a menu designed around your tastes. A private chef can turn dinner at your villa into the celebration itself, with thoughtful courses, wine or alcohol-free pairings and dessert for two. Tell us about allergies and preferences; we can coordinate the chef, table setting, flowers and service.
A small private catamaran, just for you
For two travelers, a smaller private catamaran can be a better fit than a large event yacht. You still have a captain and crew, room to relax and a coastal outing shaped around you. From Papagayo or the Flamingo area, choose a morning of swimming and snorkeling or a sunset sail with drinks and a light meal. We select the vessel around the departure point, comfort and onboard facilities, then agree the route and inclusions with the operator.
Couples photos and a private photographer
For a honeymoon or anniversary shoot, choose a setting that belongs to your trip: forest bridges around Arenal, a garden or terrace at your lodge, Papagayo's shoreline, or the open beaches around Tamarindo and Langosta near sunset. Forest light can be beautiful even when the volcano is in cloud. Beach portraits work best when the photographer plans around the light, tide and location.
Bespoke Costa Rica can hire a professional photographer and coordinate transport, resort permissions and the timing. For a surprise proposal, we can arrange a discreet meeting point and a covered alternative while keeping the details away from your partner's shared itinerary.

Flowers, room decorations and thoughtful surprises
A bouquet waiting in the room, a personal note, a beautifully set dinner or flowers in your partner's favourite colours can make the arrival feel personal. We can coordinate honeymoon and anniversary room decorations, flower arrangements, private dinners, cakes and proposal details with the hotel or villa team. Let us know the occasion, what your partner loves and whether the surprise should happen on arrival or later in the stay. We handle the details discreetly, so you can enjoy the moment together.
Plan your honeymoon or romantic celebration with Bespoke Costa Rica.
A beach-and-rainforest itinerary for couples
A strong Costa Rica couples itinerary usually combines rainforest and beach.
For seven to ten days, start with La Fortuna plus either Peninsula Papagayo or Manuel Antonio. Combining all three adds a substantial coast-to-coast transfer and is better reserved for a longer trip.
Start with three nights in La Fortuna for volcano views, hot springs, waterfalls, hanging bridges, and rainforest adventure.

Then spend three nights in Peninsula Papagayo or Guanacaste for luxury beach time, sunsets, sailing, spa treatments, and relaxed resort living.
With extra nights beyond this two-base trip, Manuel Antonio adds beach, rainforest, wildlife, boutique hotels, and ocean view dining. Treat it as an extension, not a compulsory final stop.
Another great option is Santa Teresa, La Fortuna, and Monteverde. This works well for couples who want surf, wellness, jungle, cloud forest, and a more adventurous feel.
For a more relaxed luxury trip, combine Peninsula Papagayo with La Fortuna. This gives you beach, volcano, hot springs, luxury resorts, and beautiful scenery without moving around too much.
Seven nights: three in Arenal, four in Papagayo
Arrive and settle into Arenal without a major activity that evening. Use the first full morning for a guided rainforest walk and the next for a waterfall, cacao visit or river float. Keep both afternoons open for the thermal pool, spa or simply your terrace. Transfer to Papagayo on day four and leave the arrival evening unscheduled.
During four coastal nights, make one day a private boat day, one a beach-and-spa day and one deliberately open. Depart via Liberia if the flight network suits. With nine nights, add a night at each base before adding a third destination: extra time changes how the trip feels more than another hotel key.
Alternative: Arenal and Manuel Antonio
This combination puts wildlife and rainforest-fringed beaches ahead of the large northern resort scene. Use San José as the main international gateway where practical, allow a substantial transfer day between bases and check the national park's operating day before assigning tours. For five or six nights, Manuel Antonio alone can be more relaxing than spending two days moving hotels.
Santa Teresa, La Fortuna and Monteverde remain an adventurous alternative, but three stops add road, flight or ferry logistics. Give that route more time rather than squeezing cloud forest, surf and thermal pools into a honeymoon week. Our separate luxury week for two develops one higher-spend version with specific room categories, a helicopter connection and a yacht day; it is not the minimum needed for this trip.
Best time for a honeymoon or anniversary
The best time to visit Costa Rica for couples depends on the type of trip you want.
On the Pacific coast, the dry season generally runs from December through April. These are the most reliable months for a beach-led trip, although rain, wind and sea conditions still vary.

May through November is the green season. There is more rain, but the country becomes lush and beautiful. Many days still have clear mornings with afternoon showers, especially in destinations like La Fortuna, where rain can actually make the rainforest and hot springs feel more atmospheric.
July can also be a popular travel month because there is often a short drier period during the green season. January, February, March, and July can be busy months, so it is better to plan ahead if you want the best hotels, villas, drivers, guides, and private experiences.
For an outdoor ceremony, proposal or anniversary dinner, organize a covered alternative with an equally good atmosphere. In the green season, put weather-sensitive outings earlier in the day and avoid making a final-afternoon boat trip the only chance to go. July's possible drier spell is variable, not a date you can book around with certainty.
September and October demand more rain flexibility on a Pacific-focused route. The Caribbean has a different rainfall pattern, so countrywide “best month” advice is too broad. The tourism board's regional climate guidance is a better starting point than assuming the beach and Arenal will share the same forecast.
Airports, private drivers and flights
Liberia (LIR) is the natural gateway for Papagayo and northern Guanacaste. San José (SJO) fits many Central Pacific and southern routes. Arenal can work with either; Nayara's official guidance gives approximately three hours by road from either international airport, before allowing for stops and changing conditions. Four Seasons describes Liberia as roughly a 40-minute drive from its Papagayo resort. These are planning references, not guaranteed door-to-door times.
For Arenal plus Papagayo, compare arriving through SJO or LIR and departing through LIR with the actual international flight options. The hotel-to-hotel journey around Lake Arenal takes a meaningful part of a day: do not place a fixed spa appointment immediately after the transfer. For Arenal plus Manuel Antonio, San José often makes a more coherent start and finish.
A private driver handles the road connection and lets you build in a comfortable meal or viewpoint stop. We arrange chauffeured transport, not rental cars. For Santa Teresa, a domestic flight to Cóbano still requires road transfers at both ends, check-in time and an appropriate baggage allowance; it is not a flight straight to your hotel terrace.
Helicopter transfers can reduce a long overland connection when the route, landing permissions, weather and aircraft work. Confirm luggage weight and dimensions before packing, and protect the international departure with a sensible ground alternative or overnight buffer. Never make a weather-dependent flight the only way to catch a tight onward connection. Our Liberia versus San José airport guide helps match gateways to the route.
For two travelers, one SUV with a private driver is usually all you need for the road portions of the trip. We match a Toyota Prado or a larger Ford Expedition to your luggage, comfort preferences and property access. Reserve airport and hotel-to-hotel transfers in advance; add a driver for full activity days when you want flexibility for lunch, viewpoints and dinner. A private driver also makes an evening out easier when neither of you wants to drive.
The details that protect your time together
The details matter on a romantic trip.
The wrong hotel, long drives, poor transfer planning, weather surprises, crowded tours, or bad restaurant choices can make a beautiful destination feel stressful.
That is where private planning makes a major difference.
Bespoke Costa Rica can help arrange private transfers, luxury vehicles, helicopter transfers, handpicked hotels, private guides, romantic dinners, private chefs, yacht charters, villa stays, activities, and special surprises.
The goal is simple. You should focus on enjoying the trip with your partner, not solving logistics while you are here.
Before reserving a room, check the pool's water type and heating, privacy from neighboring terraces or paths, walking distances, air conditioning and any steps between the bedroom and bathroom. “Private pool” does not automatically mean screened from view, warm after sunset or suitable for swimming laps.
Put celebration arrangements on the itinerary with a time, place and rain alternative. A chef, photographer or spa appointment should not compete with the airport transfer. For a honeymoon, the first and final nights deserve as much care as the headline experience in the middle.
Avoid the most common planning mistakes
One of the biggest mistakes is waiting too long to book. The best resorts, villas, guides, drivers, and private experiences can sell out during high demand dates.
Another mistake is choosing destinations only based on photos without understanding logistics. Costa Rica looks small on a map, but travel times can be longer than expected because of mountains, roads, weather, and remote locations.
Couples should also avoid trying to do too much. A romantic trip should feel smooth, not rushed. It is usually better to choose two or three destinations and experience them well.
It is also important to understand the climate in each region. The beach, rainforest, mountains, and Caribbean side can all feel different during the same month.
Finally, do not underestimate the value of having a local concierge who can solve problems quickly. A private driver, a better tour operator, a trusted guide, or a last minute dinner arrangement can completely change the quality of the trip.
Another costly mismatch is reserving a large multi-bedroom villa for two simply because it photographs well. Compare the full stay minimum, location and staffed services with a one-bedroom resort villa. A smaller private space with excellent service can offer more useful luxury than empty bedrooms.

December through April generally brings the most reliable Pacific beach weather. May through November offers green landscapes and atmospheric rainforest stays, with more flexible outdoor plans needed.

Bespoke Costa Rica plans tailored honeymoons, combining accommodation bookings, private transfers and experiences around your dates. The itinerary is not a fixed package: room categories, meals, guiding and special arrangements are specified individually.
Is a luxury honeymoon the same as an all-inclusive stay?
No. A private-pool villa or luxury resort booking does not automatically include every meal, drink, spa treatment or excursion. If you prefer a single-resort, all-inclusive holiday, say so at the start. For a beach-and-rainforest trip, compare the complete agreed inclusions at each base rather than assuming one label covers the journey.
Is Amor Arenal adults-only?
It is adult-friendly and accepts guests aged 13 and over. For a strictly 18+ rainforest stay, compare Nayara Springs.
Can you arrange a honeymoon surprise or proposal?
Yes. Bespoke Costa Rica can coordinate flowers, room decorations, private dinners, photographers and transport with your hotel or villa. Share the occasion and your partner's preferences privately so we can plan the timing and keep the surprise discreet.
